The policy of warranty in Alkhorayef shop provides you with a protection if one of the products are damaged after the purchase.
- Alkhorayef Commercial Company guarantees all damages in the product.
- The warranty does not cover the damage resulting from misuse.
(The customer has the right to inspect the product before receiving it, otherwise the product have been delivered properly and in the condition of the factory and will not accept any complaint of shortage or break or similar situation after receipt)

Return & Exchange Policy:
We thank you for choosing Saudi Parts Center Company and we are glad to serve you. Sometimes you may change your mind about the products you have purchased, do not worry... We in Saudi Parts Center will do our best to make the Return & Exchange process as smooth as possible.
We have facilitated the process of the Return or Exchange for you through the following procedures:
Time Period to Return or Exchange:
The customer may Return or Exchange the product as follows:
Return will be within 7 days from the date of receipt.
If you wish to exchange, it will be within 14 days of the date of purchase.
1. This policy applies to the product having the same original condition upon receipt.
2. Upon return, all accessories and gifts received with the product must be returned to their original condition.
3. Products that have been used and have a manufacturing defect can be replaced with the same product if the client delivered the old product to one of the branches of the company with a technical report from any certified maintenance center at the Saudi Parts Center in Saudi Arabia.
4. It is upon the customer in case of return or exchange the delivery of the product to any branch of Saudi Parts Center Company, provided that the customer bears all the costs of delivery of the product.
5. The original purchase invoice must be attached at the commencement of product return or exchange.
Methods of Exchange:
1. The customer has the option of returning the value of his purchases or replacing them with another product, not exceeding the value of the purchases, and complying with all these terms and conditions.
2. To recover the value of purchases made by credit cards or bank checks, the amount will be refunded through the bank account of the customer within fourteen (14) working days, and it is on the client to follow the payment procedures through the bank branch that has been dealt with.
Exceptions that are not covered by the return or exchange policy:
1. Crashes and damage resulting from misuse.
2. The serial numbers of the original product or any other appearance compared to the product upon receipt and as stated in the purchase invoice.
Any product can be returned IF the item is defective, counterfeit, or fake goods.
In case the product is not available, the company is obligated to refund the received amount within 14 days.
